Structural Fabrication

REXCO’s Structural Steel Department is housed in a 13,000 square foot metal building with a 30 foot eave height. At each end of the building is a 50 foot wide by 28 foot high door opening. This allows us to fabricate a wide range of products from boat trailers to large industrial structures. All our shop and field welders are tested to meet “A.W.S.
D-1.1” Specifications for the 1G (flat), 2G (vertical ), 3G (horizontal), and 4G (overhead) positions.

Our shop is equipped with a 7-1/2 ton “Over Head Crane”. REXCO, also has a “22,000 lbs. Forklift” to help maneuver objects around in the shop. Additional shop equipment includes an Iron Worker, Flange Punch, Band Saws, Cut-Off Saws, Wire Feed Welding Machines, Plasma Units, Heli-Arc Machine for Stainless or Aluminum, and a Kokie Four-Torch Burning Table.

All supervision and shop personnel conform to National, Local, and Job-Specific Code requirements. Quality Assurance and Safety are always a Top Priority, our historical documentation and work records prove it!
